Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please go back to your email confirmation.

 

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the
progress of your order directly. 

 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours of receiving your order, include the order number in email to make things easier for both parties.  Please note you may need to provide photos of the damaged products before any resolution. 

 

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do? 
Contact us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours of receiving your order, include order number in email so that we can take care of this for you.
